Delete your SewNQuilt account

You are always in control of your data. You can delete your account and everything in it whenever you like.

Delete in the app

  1. Open SewNQuilt and tap Profile.
  2. Tap Settings, then Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
  4. Your account and data are deleted right away from the app and from our servers within 30 days.

Delete by email

Send an email from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

  • Your profile, name and email address
  • Projects, stash, measurements, machines and notes
  • Photos and files you uploaded
  • Ask Pip and Fit & Fix conversations

What we keep, and for how long

  • Purchase records required for tax and accounting law, kept for up to 7 years, without your projects or photos.
  • Encrypted backups roll off automatically within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Please cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings too.
